Start with real routines. Notice the small frustrations. Think one step further about the details that matter in everyday use.
Use familiar characters and simple interactions to invite children to take part—in play, in tidying up, and in little daily rituals.
Respect the time, effort, and attention that care takes. Consider the whole experience, from setup and use to cleaning and storage.
Leave space for trying, learning, and growing at a child's own pace. Keep shared moments gentle, familiar, and easy to join.
Be clear about what a product does and how to use it. Make grounded promises and offer straightforward guidance.
